What data CommerceMemo uses
The MVP uses Shopify store data only and keeps the first release focused on read-only operating signals.
Products
Products and variants are used to identify top sellers, product-level sales movement, active products with no recent sales, and inventory context.
Inventory
Inventory quantities are used for low-stock, out-of-stock, and basic stockout-risk alerts. This is not a purchase-order or forecasting system.
Customer data
The default MVP does not request read_customers. Customer opportunity analysis is disabled unless protected customer data access is approved and intentionally enabled.
